Scope of Work :

Project Overview

Provided manufacturing facility programming, environmental emission analyses, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering design services, construction material procurement, construction supervision, and systems commissioning and verification.

Scope of Work included:

• Intensive programming for manufacturing equipment and product flow
  
  
• Extensive analyses of SCAQMD Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) emission allowance
  
  
• Manufacturing operations and TDI emission by chemical mixing processes and foam curing processes
  
  
• Condition surveys of existing warehouse and improvements
  
  
• Determination of mechanical, electrical and structural design requirements
  
  
• Procurement of all construction materials
  
  
• Quality control inspections during construction
  
  
• Construction of ventilating units, exhaust units, steam heating units, air compressors, compressed air piping, fire sprinkler piping, power switchboards, load center panels, lighting, conduits and wiring.
  
  
• Supervision of installations of manufacturing, mechanical, electrical and structural equipment commissioned, tested and verified performance of manufacturing and mechanical equipment, and certified TDI emission.
