The structural scope of work involved:

  • Prepared structural plans, details and sections for ceiling replacement.

  • Provided seismic design data.

  • Prepared structural specifications for construction.

  • Attended coordination meetings, in-corporate review comments and corrections.

The electrical scope of work involved:

  • Prepared electrical plans, details for lighting fixture mounting.

  • Replaced existing lighting with energy saving lighting. All existing T-12 lamps will be replaced with T-8 lamps to comply with Title-24.

  • Provided each room/office with a separate switch or occupancy sensor device for each area with floor to ceiling walls.

  • Provided lighting fixture schedule and occupancy sensor wiring diagrams.

  • Attend coordination meetings, in-corporate review comments and corrections.
